The process of hiring a canadian lawyer would really expensive like really really expensive though I would recommend you to contact the lawyers of Campbell Cohen the creator of this forums you can call them and explain your situation and ask for charges I’ll also ask my consultant if he knows any good lawyer

To be brutally honest unaid, hiring a lawyer would be a waste of your money and time. You have been banned for misrepresentation....anybody could say it was a mistake and the college has the no refund rule in their policies.

Absolutely agree. The chance of winning an appeal is next to none. The time and the cost just be further money lost. The use of an immigration consultant, as previously mentioned is also foolish. Consultants are not lawyers. In many cases, the information provided by forum members is far superior to any paid consultant.

if we can take this issue to court as you did inform the embassy of your refusal in the 30 day period assigned by the embassy

Simply responding to a fairness letter with the refusals and an “oops, I forgot” isn’t a sufficient response. You won’t win an appeal based on having informed the VO after they already know.

Agreed. The refusal and ban was completely correct under the law and no lawyer can change that.

If you address all the refusal reasons, yes there is a chance
