Please Help !! about how to obtain PR of a dependant child

It's regarding about my sister papers.

Way back year 2009 my mother sponsored me and my sister as her dependant under Live-in Caregiver Program. My sister is 16 years old that time. Now she's turning 22 on March 26.
My sister and I filled up immigration Forms and did the Medical Examination.
I received my Visa and my Sister not.

I landed in Canada year 2011 as Permanent Resident for 3 years now. My sister still in the Philippines and still studying,. and my mother is a Permanent Resident in Canada.

I as a Daughter of my Mother, and a sister of Diane, I wanna help, that's why I'm asking you guys if you have a suggestions / advice please if what my mother can do to continue the papers of my sister so she can come here or is there still a possibility to get her?.

I am hoping for your response regarding my concern. Appreciate it a lot.

Sad to hear that. Have you asked your mother about that? I think , you should ask your mother because I know the immigration gives reason to a rejected application.

I agree that you should ask your mother. Was your sister listed as non-accompanying? If so, that would be why.

Unfortunately, she is now too old to be sponsored as a dependent, so she would need to apply to immigrate independently.

Hello miles! My idea is my mom didnt pay the exact amount ,. Thats why when i entered the border the immigration asked me if why there's still one dependant listed in my cpr.

Did your mom told you that? Your answer is not 100% sure and a have bit of contradiction. You should talk to your mom regarding this one. You told us that she didn't pay the exact amount so the question is why did she pay it then when your sister is non-accompanying?

There is no chance for your sister to come here on the previous application, regardless of whether your mother paid the right amount or included her as non-accompanying. That app is closed and she is now too old to be sponsored.

If your sister wants to immigrate to Canada, she will need to do it on her own merits.
