Please help about FSW 2012 (all experts)

Hi I am hoping to apply under code NOC 1122.

Please help me regarding few of my queries

1. I work in big 4 in risk advisory and do IT audits,BCP,Sas 70,ISO,SOX testing and hoping to apply in 1122 code,am i elgible for that.

2.I have lived in UK for 2 years, would I need PCC for that and if yes do i need to send it in the first package to CIC.Also i am basically from jalandhar but i now live in delhi since sep 011-wr should i get my pcc from jalandhar or delhi.

3. My Ielts (general) score is 1 yr old,how long is that valid for.

4. Is there any significant difference between MI3 and MI4 wrt to sending documents.

5. My work experience is a bit scattered - June 09 to Aug 11-first job, Sep 11- Present (2nd job)- Total 3 years will complete in June ,is that fine. I am assuming I get 19 points

6. Are all applicants interviewed in MI3 and will the same apply to MI4.

7. How much funds do i need to show and for how long should they be in my a/c, what are the other sources eg FD,MF,Stocks that can be accepted surely by CIC.

8. Do I need to get my job duties from all employers as I have worked in 2 different Co's. Do I need to get them from any specific person eg Manager/Senior or only HR written would be accepted by CIC.

9. My current add is delhi but i want to show my add in punjab,would that be an issue. I live on rent and would change my residence soon.

10. My education is B.COM -India(3 yrs) and MSc Business Management from UK (1 yr degree)-How many points will i get for that.

6. Are all applicants interviewed in MI3 and will the same apply to MI4. There have been negligible interviews in MI3
7. How much funds do i need to show and for how long should they be in my a/c, what are the other sources eg FD,MF,Stocks that can be accepted surely by CIC. Any liquid fund is good to go. Stocks not accepted. It should have been with you at least about 6 months (+ or - a bit) when you apply. And you ought to keep it intact till the end of the process. You will anyway need the money to settle there. About the amount please refer the link, as it might change.

Do I need to get them from any specific person eg Manager/Senior or only HR written would be accepted by CIC. Yes you need to get them from all your companies. And it needs to come from your immediate supervisor or HR or the head of the company. Please be VERY VERY careful with this doc. This can make or break your case.
