how long does it take maximum for an applicant to get his/her passport back when sent for visa to Canadian High Commission Islamabad...? and how can we contact the immigration officer other than email or fax.?please ans guys.......
There is no way to provide a definitive answer to the question. It will take as long as the review of the passport is necessary. Each case will have its own timeline depending on the circumstances. It will also depend on the method of delivery used to return.
Unless there is a willingness to set an in person appointment (which is not very likely) you are limited pretty much limited to the options described to contact an individual.
