my wife's real aunt is settled in Alberta, Canada and is national there. In case she or her family sponsors us, will it make a difference in our case for immigration specially in Alberta.

No. Having a relative in Canada will give you additional points for your initial eligibility (the 67 points required to create an EE profile), but it will not increase your CRS score.ali375 said:
