PLEASE GUIDE ME FOR CIU

DEAR ALL ,

I APPLIED for skilled worker from pakistan in MAY 2008... and unfortunatlely CIC changed policy in NOV 2008... i am worried about my case,, i send email to Cic, and cic reply is that your application has forwarded to CIU Syedney for further processing,,, for further decision u have to wait.. this reply came on 6th june 2009... so please anybody can tell me CIU will take time to decide about my case,,,,

what was your NOC? your approval or refusal mainly depends upon which NOC you claimed when you submitted the application. if your job is under 38 eligible occupations for FSW, your application will be approved.... and vice versa. good luck.

Brother i applied for old NOC in Library sciences so i m worried that i applied in MAY 2008 and policy annouced in nov 2009 so what u say about it

I have the same situation , applied in May 2008 , application trnsfered to CIU Sydney in March 2009, Now E-CAS " Application Received" after that ....
