Hi there,

I would like to ask that it is alright and what are the chances of getting study visa at where I'm taking a Diploma course(healthcare) in Canada which i'm currently holding the same Diploma course (healthcare) and i plan to go for degree after the course too. Please give me your advice and share your point of view.

Thank you very much.

Don't go for the same diploma course. Go for a full Bachelor's degree.

Exactly as Rupak said....don't go for the same diploma course which you already have as this might affect your chances of securing Visa.

you need to go for higher level education in the same field.

best of luck !!

From admission point of view it might be okay but from VISA point of view, its a road to rejection. Its better to go for higher level course than your current qualification. And as Rupak earlier suggested go for Degree course than another Diploma of equivalent level.

First and foremost its so so so hard for international
students coming to Canada to get chance for nursing courses.
I did a research for my friend in about 3 universities and was told that they only have 45 chances every yr and only 5 are reserved for international students.

I inquired for a friend who had interest in starting off at certificate level in UNIVERSITY OF THE FRASER VALLEY but the international students admission counsellor wrote back to me saying that internationals students are not allowed to under take nursing course in Canada.Much to my utmost disbelief!!!!!!!!!!!
