Hi Everyone
I need your advise in my case.
I am 33 years old and am interested to pursue studies in Canada. I did my 12th in 2000 and my bachelors in 2004 in hotel management, but could not complete due to some personal reasons and now am trying to write 2 exams after which I will be able to get my degree. But my case is with the ministry of education awaiting approval as many years have passed since 2004 and I have to get their permission to appear for the exams.
I understand that without a bachelors degree I cant do postgraduate courses in Canada , but considering my age and the long gap in education will I get visa if I get admission in some 2 year diploma course?
I really want to go to Canada and am willing to look at any options.
Kindly advise what should I do ? If I do a diploma in India ( my country) and then apply again to Canada, will it help to show visa officer that I am serious about my studies?
Also I am interested to go to Ontario. I have heard that there is higher chances of admission in not so competitive universities or in regions where they require immigrants. Is this true and if yes what universities do you recommend?
Any help appreciated
Thanks
