I am currently on a visitor record and also got an approved Lmia. If I get an invitation in next draw, do I need a workpermit to proceed my application? Also, can I apply for workpermit even after receiving the invitation?
CEC. MY open workpermit expired on april 7th but had applied for lmia before that and i was continuing working. During my visitor record period ( still) I got my lmia approved and I am meeting points( hopefully in next draw)
