I have a question to ask so dividing it into 3 parts? Before that kindly carefully go through the screenshot and the markings in the screenshots.

FSW (Image) - https://postimg.org/image/ib9c0lzdh/
Express Entry (Image) - https://postimg.org/image/wnje7sx23/
PNP Saskatchewan (Image) - https://postimg.org/image/58c68itff/

Q1 - Please explain me the difference between these 3 in calculation methodology.
FSW, EE Entry & PNP Saskatchewan

In my understanding to get maximum points in FSW, you need to show the maximum experience in one Job Code.

Q2) But in Express Entry if they say minimum 1 year of experience in last year 10 years, which translates something like this
1 year of experience = 1560 hours full time for consideration of certain points.

So if someone has more than 8 years of experience in 3 different Job industries then It can be considered more than 3+ Years of experience, Right? in CRS Tool
Please let me know if I am right on this?

Q3) Then in PNP same methodology must be considered Right?

So as per the guideline if someone has worked in 2 different companies in last one year having same job code (like worked for 3 months with one company and 9 months in another).

Will that be considered as 1-year experience in both PNP & EE?

Why this question matter is because if that person has done the career change in last 1 year only and also that job code is an in-demand category in one Province so this becomes the only ray of hope to get the PNP. Please let me know if someone has an answer for the same.

1. I would say as long as they are under the same category not crossing industries, your points should not change. FSW is just one category under EE. PNP should use the similar standard as EE for work experience, but some province could be less requirements.
2.Try to use this to understand how the points are rewarded. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp, CRS tool is just an indication. If you create an EE application, by completing it, you should see your points by entering all the details. EE application score overrules the CRS tool.
3.Yes, with the same NOC or even within the same industry, I would say that will be counted as 1 year.

Hi Thanks, Xiaohan,
This is for my friend's profile. And his Consultant said he is not reaching to FSW's minimum requirement of 67 points out of 100. All because he is single and just pursued Graduation so he is falling short for 2 points in FSW. He has total 8+ years of experience but still, he is only able to claim only 5 years of work experience in FSW program.

If suppose you're correct then he must get the points for 6+ years of experience.
Yes in these 6 years NOC's are changing. for 5.4 years of experience, NOC is 0125 and remaining two job experience with 6.5 months and 2.5 months of experience in NOC - 1223. Interestingly a couple of the Job responsibilities of NOC 1223 are matching with NOC 0125. Should he consider that in NOC 0125? So that he gets extra 2 points and get eligible in FSW Program with 67 points.

Also later he changed his job industry and shifted from Human resource to Marketing. So in PNP, he noticed that the current NOC where he is working is available to apply. But then in, he is able to claim in NOC 1123 he has changed 3 jobs in 1.3 years in which 2 of the jobs he worked is in 1123 equalling 1 year of work experience (9 months & 3 Months). The other job is falling in NOC 0124 which has almost similar job responsibilities.

Note 1: NOC - 0125 is for an only employment agency and 1223 is more of Human Resource profile. Can this be considered as the same industry?
Note 2: NOC 1123 is for working with Advertising/Marketing agency & 0124 is for Marketing profile for a Company. Can this be considered as the same industry?
