Please explain PNP targets and Express Entry targets

Supplementry target of PNP for 2016 is around 47K and FSW,FST,CEC targets are around 58K so are they seprate targets or they both are same?

But PNP candidates are also selected from the same pool. And what does 58K target means is it only principal applicants or including spouse and childerens? And if it is including them so how they can gather a exact number because one does not have any childerens or other have 4-5 childerens and applicants are single also
 
And I have learnt in other posts that in 2016 only 23K ITAs are issued and from september the ITAs issued will be admitted in 2017 so some of them are from the targets of 2017 as well. And these ITAs includes PNP also. If half of the targets are from express entry so if FSW,PNP,CEC,FST targets togather comprises of 105K cut them half to 52K so still ITAs are some way short

This has already been discussed here a million times. The targets includes applicants from past years who were approved for PR this years. Not just those who received ITA/nominations this year.

So the number only consists principal applicants or dependents als

Canada will welcome between 280,000 and 305,000 (target 300,000) new permanent residents in 2016.

New permanent residence = all people who are going to receive PR.
