My study permit for September intake was refused by CHC Chandigarh. Reasons they gave me were
1.Course irrelevant
2.i will not leave canada after my studies
Here is my complete profile

10th cbse-78% 2009
12th cbse(commerce)-62%2011
One year diploma in business 2012
Ielts-7.5 bands

My question is can I apply for a undergraduate diploma in Marketing or I should opt for Bachelors.

(1)SOP SOP SOP!!!make sure you dont miss on that
(2)choose an appropriate course in regards to what you have studied
(3)Study gap need to be justified properly with explanation if you have any work experience mention it and attached yuo experience letters
(4)IELTS SHOULD BE 6.5 atleast not less than 6.0 in speaking listning reading or writing
(5)show proper and strong home ties in your home country as if you have any land business home car family etc.

Dont let them know that you are going in canada to get settle.......

your IELTS Score is very good..

make sure dont miss on SOP Strong SOP....

where did you study one year diploma? what's the score?

Logical progression is UG program, hence no issue with you selected a UG program of 1 year, though pick a program which can upon successful completion lead you to admission in bachelors program in Canada and you can mention that in your SOP. For example, a commerce student pursuing 1 year or 2 years UG program in Accounting can get direct admission to Bachelors degree in couple of uni/colleges (check it with the college/uni, usually it's mentioned on their website in program description).
