Please evaluate my profile guys!! I am really tensed.

IELTS - 7.5 (R-8.5; L-8; S-7.5 and W-6.5)

Plus, I have a little more than 4 years of experience.
Proposed studies - Global Business Management
Proposed college - Centennial College

Question - How does my profile appear in terms of Visa approval. I am applying under SPP and will be paying 1 sem (if not 1 full year) fee upfront.

Do I require an SOP explaining low academics or my low academics is not really a problem considering I have 4 years of experience and good IELTS score.

Experts please advice!!

your profile is average to good but just be optimistic! Definitely write a SOP linking your past education to your work ex and how this proposed course will help you in propelling your career forward after you finish your course. mention how it will help you in getting a better job in India.

PS - what kind of work ex do you have?

I worked with HSBC for about 20 months and 3 years and 8 months with Thomson Reuters (my current employer).

I deal with Sales compensation for the sales team of our company. Though this is a payroll function, my designation on papers is Senior Process Associate.
