Please Evaluate my Chances for VISA

Hey Guys,

I got admit in University of New Brunswick for Masters in Computer Science, fall 2012. Planning to submit my application in another 1. Please evaluate my profile for the chances of student VISA under general category.

Academic: 8.6/10 in BE Computer Science engg from Anna University
IELTS: 7 overall
Finanical: (tution Fees + accomdation comes around 11 lakhs per year)
I got a loan from FD worth 12 lakh and my father's (sponsor) bank statement of 5 lakh + RD of 2 lakhs
Ties with the country: A plot in my name worth 30 lakh

I would like to know my chances of VISA under general category.

Also My Father is a retired Govt officer. He has other sources of income from Property rents and have no ITRS for property rents. Also, I want to know whether the Rental Agreement statements can be used to show the income from property rents.

Even I was looking for Masters in computer science , I have a GPS of 7.2 in my bachelors & 2 years work ek at Wipro as software engineer.
Could you guide me how u went about searchin for universities , would my profile be ok for the place ur applyin at?

regarding your financial proofs, umm ur loan amount seems fine since it takes cares of your first year fees & living!! Is ur loan from a chartered indian bank rite?

Yea I got my loan From IOB, Which should be ok I guess.

and Regarding the University selection, I basically looked up for universities that matched my research interest on Information Security and UNB is one of the good admits for me. For Computer Science there are many Good universities that will match your profile, 2 years of work experience will add importance. leave your mail id so that i can give some brief data for you.
