Hello hope you are fine
i want to know that i am residing in U.A.E. on Spouse Visa (Wife Visa) . i want to apply for Canada skilled work program. am i eligible for that .
will it be OK if i include my U.A.E experience?
simply i want to know what is the basic requirement for this program... the employment visa or just experience?
please reply if anyone has any idea about it.

If I understand your situation correctly then
Just to summarize.
You are not a national of UAE and currently working in UAE on dependent visa. And u want to understand, Are you eligible to apply for Canada PR or not? Your exp falls under category B classification,
Am I right in paraphrasing your questions.

As per my understanding. You are eligible to apply for Canada PR if you have exp in category, O, A or B ( urs is B)
If your education is recognised by one of ECA agencies, you have valid IELTS score and if your CRS score is above the draw cutoff ( once you queue urself for express entry draw)
Also you need to have at least 1 year of continuous work ex in last 10 years.

Thank you for response . actually the issue is i am on spouse visa and i am not eligible to work in UAE but still some companies ask and offer jobs if u have your own visa. in such case will this experience be valid? or the immigration department want concerned visa?
if i show experience letter of company will they consider it as my experience even there is n't visa on my passport which is showing my designation or valid designated visa is required??
