Hi,
I'm a single mother, living seperately from my husband. However, I'm not legally seperated. I've a passport for myself and for my daughter. My husband name is included in my passport. His name is also included in my daughter's passport as legal guarding/father. My husband does not want to apply for a legal seperation for the fear of societal stigma; however, he does not have any qualms about my plans to immigrate to Canada along with my 3-year-old daughter. He is pretty much willing to cooperate in this regard. Would it be enough if my husband gives a notorized letter stating his no-objection in letting me go along with my daughter? Please clarify how we can manage to get Canadian PR.
Many thanks
Parry
