Hi,
I am a PR holder and have been in Saskatchewan for the last nine months. I need to sponsor one of my first cousins. SINP says, I should have completed 12 months to sponsor.
Can my cousin submit his EOI (interest) and get into the pool now though I have not completed the 12 months. If he gets invited, by the time he applies with the documents, I would have completed 12 months. Is this something possible? Please help.

Thanks

Thanks a lot. I was thinking the one-year criteria needs to be met at the time of application submission and not when expressing the interest.
The fund requirement timeline needs be met at the time of application submission and not at the time of EOI submission, right?

Is this specifically mentioned somewhere? Thanks a lot for the help
