Please assist me, its urgent!

I have applied for my tourist visa on July-11-2017 and they asked for my passport on July-21-2017. Unfortunately, i did not know that i should be sending VAC consent forms along with it. Yesterday, i sent the form and i have been sending emails for any update. I am in immediate need of my visa to travel next week on wednesday to Canada. Any option available to request the expedited processing? Or, can i visit the consulate in person for fast processing?

You can send an email to the visa office with copies of your flight tickets to request for expedited visa printing. As most visa offices don't work on weekends, the earliest you could expect your passport back (returned to the VAC) would probably be Tuesday next week.... if the visa office agrees to your request.

Yes, i have already done that, providing proof of my emergency situation. I am waiting for any response for my email. It's New york consulate. To whom should i contact?

As you've already contacted the NY visa office, there's nothing more you can do. Hopefully the visa office will return your passport to NY CSC on Tuesday. Maybe you should consider postponing your travel by a couple of days
