I would suggest you be truthful about your family in Canada. Infact, I would suggest you get a letter from your family in Canada inviting you to canada and taking responsibility for your insurance and legal stay and exit from canada. That would in a way give CIC an address to ask for you in case you dont exit and hence , in my honest opinion boost your chances. But it will depend on the visa officer and you should make sure you have a good itinerary to corroborate a 45 day travel to Canada.

You should show them a very good reason why you would want to go to Canada and why for 45 days. No one that I can think of will have a vacation for 45 days unless you have family. You can show that you can financially support yourself but get your family to state in a letter guarenteeing they will make sure you will leave before your visa expires. That way, CBSA will be reassured of your return. If you hide it, you will risk being denied or worse, banned for hiding information.

Why i cant hide?sorry to say I couldny understand what u want ti say..
And if i tell about my family its not a risk for me. They wilk not thonk that i am having family. May b il not come back.
It will not be a negative point from my side.

This is the reason i dont want to show. Can u tell me i am right or wrong?
Father of my mother he is ill attacked of fallege to him. If i show i want to go to meet him??? Wat about this reason???

If you have family in Canada and you don't mention mention them that is hiding information. It is not up to you to decide or not if you want to mention them. CIC is not interested in their financial situation if they are not not helping you in any financial way. Canada wants to know if you have family, if you have and don't mention it then the chances of being denied increase.

Also 45 days is way too much, try to ask for 20 days tops.

Your immigration status is a problem. A good work that can be considered a tie is not going to give you a 45 day leave, therefore you don't have strong ties to your country of residency.

No one earning 35,000 dollars a year takes a 45 day vacation in Canada. If you tell the VO officer that this is your dream, he will understand very clearly that you are lying, and the more you talk about how Canada is the land of awesome vacations, the clearer this will be. Your chance of getting a visa will be 0. I'm mentioning this because you have practical reasons why you want to travel as a tourist; this shows that you don't understand the process, for someone with a marginal tourist profile you are not going to be accepted for a TRV using this story.

Now, you don't want to mention your family because they are poor. This doesn't make any sense -- if you have enough money yourself to go on a 45 day vacation, then you have enough money to visit your family, regardless of their finances.

As for not coming back because you have family in Canada, yes, there's always a risk the VO will think that. You have to show ties to where you are now; property in Pakistan is not helpful, because you are living in KSA at the moment, so why couldn't you also live in Canada? Your job isn't a real tie, since you're able to leave it for 6 weeks. The fact is, young, unattached men from developing countries don't get tourist visas easily -- so you and your family had better figure out a good reason why you are going to leave your job and visit them for 6 weeks.

What is 'fallege'?
