Hi everyone. Please asses my chances to get a study permit:
My advantages:
1) I am accepted for a full time graduate program (duration of program is 2 years)
2) I've got scholarship from university that covers 75% of my tuition fees for first year. With very high chance to recieve another one next year.
3) I am a US Department of State alumni and studied for one year in American University and returned back to my homecountry Ukraine. My future spouse has been to the US for two times on exchange program and also returned back to Ukraine
4) I will have $15 000 on my bank account + my brother will be my sponsor with $20 000 on his account (25% of tuition fees will be $15 000)
5) My future spouse has work experience in US. So in case if we will have financial difficulties she will work in Canada
6) My future spouse haven't finish her bachelor's in Ukraine and after one year in Canada she will have to return to Ukraine and finish her studies.
Disadvantages:
1) We don't have intentions to stay in Canada. But I also don't have enough evidence to prove it: I don't have small kids or wife, business or work that I am leaving in Ukraine.
2) Official income of my parents is low and it is less than $1000 per month
3) We will get married in one week before applying for study permit. So it might look suspicious for embassy (we apply in mid July and I have to be in Canada no later than September 6th) It takes 6 weeks in embassy to procceed application.
Thank you in advance for your answers
