I received from the Visa Officer in CHC London office the follwoing letter since 6/11/2009:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We require the following to continue processing of this application:

-IELTS test results for the above applicant



You have 15 days to forward all requested documents to our office.



If we do not hear from you within that period, the application will be assessed based on the information on file and may be refused. Please allow four months for us to review incoming correspondence. All documents submitted in support of the application are subject to verification with the issuing authority. Please do not contact us unless there are significant issues which need to be brought to our attention. Please quote the file number on all correspondence, including the envelope.



We look forward to hearing from you within 15 days.

However, my e-case status showing in process since August 2009.

Please can any body advise whats going on with my case?

Note: be informed that I didn't submit the IELTS results and I think the Visa Officer will based on whatever included in my file of papers that supporting my English proficiency.

What you submitted didn't substantiate your claimed English ability, so if you don't submit your IELTS results in 15 days, you may be refused, unless you have sufficient points with getting a really low score in English.

Thank you so much for your clarifications . But now its about 6 months and I didnt hear from the VO since that time. Is this mean the VO did not reject my Application because of IELTS?
