Hi i have submitted full application biometrics, medical etc everything still i will get approval in principle first?
If you'll raise webform and if you have been accepted then they will send you in principle approval, once VFS will start, you'll get full acceptance based on your admissibility factor (clearance of biometric, medical and police verification (if required)).

Cheers!

That's my concern no one is sure
I don’t think what Raman said is true.
I mean if it were the case, they would have clearly mentioned it on their website that no matter what everybody will be approved in principle, but instead they have clearly said they will simply prioritise complete applications… which clearly means that they will consider the complete applications & give out final decisions just the way they are supposed to. Why will they prolong the decision making even further when they can give a final decision with biometrics & medical reports available with them… no point in prolonging and increasing their work load even further when they already have so much back log.
What I believe will happen is that - they will give out a decision & say when your country’s VAC opens we will send you a passport request. (This is the most practical outcome that I can see)

I hope everybody gets a positive decision :)

This is not true. The update IRCC posted was clear on the fact that approval will be done on 2 stages. In Stage 1, they will assess your eligibility and you'll get a notification that you've been approved in principle. Stage 2 has to do with admissibility.

IRCC cannot give everyone an approval in principle when they know the implications of that on student registration. It is fairly logical that they'll only notify those who would normally be approved of their AIP so that they can proceed to receive online classes while fulfilling admissibility requirements. I reckon that those who fail the eligibility phase may be rejected outrightly or simply left without a message pending when they can do their biometrics.
