I wish to get a clarification. I have been refused study permit visa by Canadian embassy last year. I am planing to apply again based on rejection reason and detailed CAIPS note explanation for reasons for refusal.
In addressing the reasons, does it mean I have to prepare a separate Study Plan or Statement of Purpose and a separate Letter of justification addressing the reason for refusal. Is the SOP and Letter of justification expected to be one document or separate documents? This is quite confusing and I need your advise. I will appreciate if anyone can share a format of template.
