PLEASE ADVISE - What will be the start date of PGWP ????

I have completed my study on 19March, 2021.

Could someone help me to understand what will be the start date of my PGWP ?
Suppose I have applied on 25 March and receive my PGWP on 30 April (for instance).
Would the start date of PGWP be the application date i.e. 25 March or the date of reception i.e. 30 April ??

I am also interested to know this. BTW, 25th March is when you finished studies or you got results?
