PLEASE ADVISE-VERY URGENT- PPR NOT RECEIVED BUT SENT AS PER IRCC

Hello everyone

I applied for my wife and child's visa application in 2019. Moving forward, my wife was asked to get Police clearance certificate done and she got it done in Feb 2020 and after that I checked online status & it was 'DECISION MADE' in March-2020. Then Covid-19 started and all visa offices were closed.
Recently a month ago I got in touch with IRCC via phone call and I was told file had been approved and an email was sent to us back in March-2020 which was most likely PPR but I had never received any email regarding that.
I requested one of the MPP's to inquire about my wife's and child's application and he was given same information that visa was approved and email was sent to my email address. I am aware that you have to submit your passport with in 30 days of receiving PPR but in my case I never received any email.

Can someone please advise me what to do now? I hope my wife can still submit her passport at New Delhi Visa Office. Any suggestion or advice would be highly appreciated.

Hello, I’m not sure but you should check carefully your Junk/Spam boxes on your email. If there is no email still, then I don’t know what to say even(

Thank you for your response. I did check junk and spam folder as well. As a matter of fact I have been monitoring my email since Feb almost everyday but I never received any email.

It'll be Better if call them again and ask them to advise in this situation

Raise a web form explaining situation and ask them to please resend the letter or issue a new letter. And also send email to the Delhi immigration email id with the same request. Put the file number and UCI in the subject as well as in the body of the email
