Please advise me what should I do for additional request of Schedule A.

Good day to you.


I would like to know what documents should I add for below request of schedule A.


Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form
(IMM 5669) bearing an original signature - Please kindly resubmit your Schedule A to
include your education and addresses when you were studying in Philippines and USA.



I studied English in those countries almost 10 years ago and for USA, it was through the one program in my university which is not run anymore. (As I checked with university, they do not run that program and no one has requested any documents for being there or certificate so far, so they cannot give me any official documents) Besides, I am not sure that the Philippines's academy can find any information of me to give me any documents for it as well.


What I want to know is...


1. What documents can be right one for education for this case.? I cannot know exactly what education means for them.

2. For address, is it okay to put their exact address only on Google map in the Schedule A form? Or is there anything that I have to do more for it?

I am not sure what exactly is the issue.
Schedule A is just a brief history of your activities, association and addresses where you lived. It doesn't require any documents, to prove what you mention in the form unless specifically asked when IRCC has information about your record which says different.
You have been asked to provide an updated form asking, to specifically mention details of when you were in the Philippines and the USA. They are asking about the timeline and your addresses when you lived in these countries. They don't need your degrees or certificates for this form.

If you were a FN in these countries you will need your status documents if you didn't provide them earlier.
Did you submit any previous application to IRCC where you provided different information?

I already submit city and county and also objects on the schedule A. As I guess, I wrote "study" as the object in Philippines and USA, but I did not submit any documents of education in there. Therefore I thought the education they mentioned is for documents there. And I do not have any documents and I cannot not get any from there becuase both academies do not have any record of mine anymore.

Then what can I explain them that I was studying there... just submit the record of visit date or... I don't know what I can do....

As someone said, you ARE NOT required to send any documents with your updated schdelued A, unless they request it. But be mindful the immigration officers can find if all information that you provided is false or truth. So don't even consider misrepresenting any information
