please advise me about my visa application.

Hello everyone.

My course is electronic and embedded system devolepment. Which is a one year PG diploma.

I got a conditional acceptance letter from fanshawe and i am giving my ielts on 18 feb to get an unconditional letter from the college.

After that I ill soon be applying for visa.

I have discussed about it with my consultant. She is saying if i pay full fee of one year and show the income tax return then i dont have to show any proof of funds like how much propert i own and the money in the bank which will satisfy the visa office that i ill come back to india after my course. I want to know if my consultant is giving me right advice or i should send my proof of funds documents with visa application.

One solution i have found is that i can take a small loan of 2-3 lakhs and show it to my visa officer. This ensure that i ill come back to india.

Please help me with both the question and advice what i should do.

First thing first
DO NOT PAY FULL FEES AT ONCE AS YOUR CONSULTANT IS ASKING.
You better get student loan and just show that as proof. You do not need to access the loan if you could pay your tuition and living on your own.
Your agent might be right but I would not pay fees in full as future and circumstances may change at any point and you don't want yourself stuck with the college or courses for extended period. You should be able to change courses and college any point you wish.
Let me know if need any more information. Lastly, this is just personal preference might differ person to person.

My consultant is saying if i pay full fee then my case becomes strong as i dont have to show a lot of documents which ill be required for visa application.

If i pay fee for one year then i have to show some documents.
Like
TT reciept which college provies after the full fee payment.
GIC
income tax return
I dont have to show any proof of funds.

If i pay only first sem fee then my case is weak and i have to show proof of funds as well.
TT RECIEPT
GIC
INCOME TAX RETURN
AND PROOF OF FUNDS SUCH AS EDUCATION LOAN OR FIXED DEPOSITE.

I am confused because i think it is important to show that i took loan from india as this will show my connection with india and i ill return back to india. But i want to keep my case strong so i have to pay fee for one year.

Hi nadir,

I dont want to give u a false image but let me tell u a bitter truth about this canam consultants, i have read all your profile and the things that they have suggested you is what they suggested me , which make me end up in rejection and thats not all when i refunded my money from college and gic i had a loss of approx 1.5 lacs because of currency rate. Anyways these canam ppl have good relations or watever with fanshawe and asking more students to go there , even me they ask to go to fanshawe with a course that was not that related to my field once i deposited the whole fees they stopped taking interest in my case and said there is a risk factor in my profile , i totally agree with NOmOre and its better to show loan and property papers than following this stupid consultants!

After I agreed on the advise that I should pay 1st sem fee and and show loan for 2nd sem fee. I asked other members on whatsapp they told me to pay one year fee so I was confused ??? and again started asking which is better paying 1st sem fee and show loan for 2nd sem or pay 1 year fee.

everday i many agents like, the chopras, canam, Canadian education centre : submitted same kind of file and most of them having same thing one year free
...may be that a perfect answer that yuh seeking for

dude, no counsellor can guarantee 100% visa but the thing is about the right guidance. which is not given by canam.
