Hello Yorneevan, Here's the short answer: I think you should retake the IELTS to score the maximum number of points in all categories (you missed the max in listening section).
Although I am relatively new on these forums, I have read a lot about the Express Entry system and skilled immigration to Canada. For people like you (and myself) who are 30years+ we actually LOSE ~5 points (CRS immigration points) for each year that goes by. As far as work experience is concerned, you get the maximum number of CRS points for 3+ years of experience. Any additional year of work experience beyond 3 years is not really helping your CRS score (but you are getting older).
Now lets discuss your IELTS score. You will get points for each section (Listening, reading, etc) separately depending on the CLB band corresponding to that score. CLB10 is the highest band and you can get the maximum 34 CRS points for that band.
Listening - 8.0 - CLB9 - 31 points
Reading - 8.5 - CLB10 - 34 points
Writing - 7.5 - CLB10 - 34 points
Speaking - 8.0 - CLB10 - 34 points
Given that you are 36 years old, you need to get the maximum number of points in the IELTS to make up for the points you lose in the age category. If you retook the exam and increased your listening score to 8.5 you will get the highest possible points for the IELTS and since you are capable of scoring so well the first time, I am sure you can do it again.
