I got email from Singapore.We are not yet got a letter ,please read the email.
Question, Should we send in the passport anyway or should we wait for a letter. Please advise



We sent a letter dated Feb11/10 asking for the applicant's passport so that we can issue the visa.

Reply to the e-mail, saying that you never got the letter and ask for the relevant information to be e-mailed to you.

I got email back from Singapore with the information on a email. Question , Now what should i use to send it a passport. Fedex or mail services? Any one sent in passport,please suggest..

Hi All
We sent passsport to Singapore by Fedex , I will be there on March 8 12 PM..
Do you know how long would it take to get it back from Sigapore??
Please advise

I checked trackitt for you and it seems that you could expect to recive your Passport back any where from 10 days to 1 month approx.

Check it our for yourself:

At the top you have draw down tabs for:

Canadian Visa office: click singapour singapour

Family Program: click off spouse

and press GO...

you will pull up others time line and can see when they were asked to bring in passport and when they received it back

If it is highlighted green that means that they have been approved already...

Here is my time line
We received your application to sponsor on July 10, 2009.
We started processing your application on August 10, 2009.
We returned your application with a letter on August 10, 2009.
We received the application that you resubmitted on August 27, 2009.
We sent you a letter on August 31, 2009 about the decision on your application.
We started processing application on September 16, 2009.
Medcal result have been recieved on Jan 16 2010
Passport Request on Feb 11 2010( The letter went missing and I emailed them- They replied with "Passport Request on Feb 11 2010")
