Ah ok Esma, so by the looks of this they have made a decision for stage one.
Based on what you wrote earlier I thought you were approved for both stages, sorry my bad.
You should get an email confirming the sponsor in the next few days, check your email and check your junk email on a regular basis. If you don't hear anything within the next few days have the sponsor give CIC a call to follow up.
