Hello!!

Please advise what that means!!

I sent my application with all supporting documents on January 2012 under FSW with AEO

I got email from CIC asking for updated on my documents like current employment and any changes that has happened to me!!! I sent everything within 30 days and then I got email to sent new LMO and updated current employment , so I sent current employment but I asked for more time to obtain new LMO!!

My question is WHY do they ask for new LMO since I sent AEO!!

I try to get PR not work permit and as I know LMO is require to obtain work permit not PR???
PLEASE if anybody is aware of that please let me know!!

LMO is now needed for FSW arranged employment. See:

Since you applied at that time LMO was not requirement only AEO.....was so i could not get it how they can ask you for this again and again .........although this requirement imposed in May 2013 to onward........the same email i received in May 2013 and I applied in April 2012 but i was not asked for LMO.....rest of doc. what they asked is routine work and i updated the whole thing you must email them with detail of your concern and let them know and it possible scan and attach a copy of requirement of application which you sent in Jan 2012 if you applied in Jan 2012

Which one is your Visa Office......?????? or one more thing are you already in Canada?????

my Visa office is Ottawa since I am in USA
