I am in process for second stage documents to london visa office
I have some question

last week I was in uk for one month do I have to add this in back
ground declaration personal history section or not i think no because
it is asking for personal history am i right or not


and second I was promoted from Devloper to Sr. developer do i have
to mention this in economy class form also or just i
attach supporting document and mention in cover letter
and keep the same form as which i sent to CIO

You need to mention this 1 month trip to UK in your Travel History Form

and second I was promoted from Devloper to Sr. developer do i have
to mention this in economy class form also or just i

Since you have not sent the docs yet its better to update the economy class form and mention the change in the cover letter as well that you have been promoted.

so what about previous form the new form will be add with
previous form in term of job duties or I should overwrite
with previous job duties.

Just fill the new forms no need to attach the old form, in your cover letter mention that you have re-filled the economy class as your circumstances have been changed.
