Please Advice on course selection !!!!!!!!!

I'm lakshmanan from India. I'am planning to apply for Post Graduate Diploma in Global Business management in Humber college and Centennial college for Sept2013 intake. I also applied for MBA in Vancouver Island University. My Profile:
B.Tech (Electronics and communications) 2008 pass out- 66% (12BL)
XII - 80%
X- 80%
Work Experience - 4 years in IT industry
IELTS - 6.5 (no band less than 6)

Can you please suggest me, the course am choosing is good for me and my career. What are the chances of Visa also pls suggest some courses according to my profile.

But problem is i wish to move my career in Management sector , rather than the technical sector. is there any other way to convince the VO in case of mine

1. You are perfectly fine to study MBA. Absolutely doesn't matter if your under-graduate is from different field. MBA (or a business course) is a general management course and you do not need any business background or qualification to pursue the same.
2. VIU is not a good business school. You end up paying $34,000 tuition for 18 months course. Avoid road side agents and appear for GMAT, apply in Uvic, Edward Business School or University of Regina MBA program.

Many thanks for your reply. I read from the previous forums that the rate of visa refusal would be high if i choose a course irrelevant to my previous study. Will that affect my case too. Also am planning to apply for colleges like humber, centennial for post graduate diploma in case if i don't get admitted in MBA. what do you think of my plan. which college will be good in case of education, job prospectus and environment. Sorry for many questions, am really confused :'( :'(

Thanks for your concern, but since i have more backlogs totally 12 , i thought i would not be able to get a MBA admission in universities. Also my undergraduate percentage in 66 , all universities expect min 70%.

1. For Indian students, higher second class to first class is the minimum requirement for MBA. Getting into MBA program depend on your "overall profile", not just backlogs, GMAT or work experience.
