i'm sorry to say that but my study permit visa has been refused ! i dont know why ! but im going to find out tomorrow at the vfs office when i'm going to get my application back

the question is :
Am I going to get a refund on the amount of money i paid for the visa fee in Vfs office which is 1300 MAD = almost 130 dollars USD ??

Did you do a medical?

You pay the visa fee to process the application. It doesn't matter if it's refused or approved - you don't get the fee back.

No no i'm done with the fee ! You answed and i understand ! I'm talking about the meanin behind come to get your application back ! No i didn't do the medical ! I didn't do anything ! I only apply and waited almost 6 weeks and i received a mail saying to come to vfs to retrieve my application that's it

If you haven't done the medical - then it's definitely a refusal.

Ah i'm sorry for such question ! I thought that they made a mistake in embassy because my application was complete and i apply through an expert lawyer in addition i paid for one semester to the college so the must be no reason for that descion

There are still many reasons why your application can be refused even if you submitted a complete application and paid for your first semester of school. Recommend you read through the discussions in the study permit section of the forum to understand what common refusals reasons are.
