planning to visit Alberta

Hi,

I am a citizen of India and have been residing in it's capital Delhi. few months back i met with a girl on a social networking website, she is single parent (never married) from Edmonton, Alberta. Our friendship grown and we shared our sorrows and good time and fell in love. Now she is coming India to meet and marry me.
I need an advice for the process to immigrate from Delhi to Edmonton. Like what are the requirments , processing time, fees etc. ?

If my girl friend would not work and have no source of income does that make any diffrence?

There is no official financial requirement but you can not be on social assistance. If you work and have income, you should be ok.
