Planning to study in UK after Manitoba PNP

Hi,
I am about to graduate from university and will apply for Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.MY Grade Point Average is very strong and I am planning to study in UK at a very high ranking university.I want to get Manitoba PNP and then apply for permanent residency. By that time what happens if i leave Canada and go to UK and pursue my Masters degree when my application still is with the immigration authorities. Will they still give me permanent residency or will they not grant PR if i have move to a different country?

Going abroad should not impact the progress of your application.

Do keep in mind however that once the visa is issued, you have ONE YEAR after your medical examination date to enter Canada as a landed immigrant. You may leave Canada after you land obviously, but keep in mind that you need to stay in Canada 3 out of 5 years after the PR is granted.

To simply put, if your study is longer than 2 years then why waste time applying for PR that you will lose anyway.

Thank u so much!i want to come back to Canada. One more question after I get my Manitoba PNP.Do I have to apply for PR from Canada or can i do that from UK where i will do my masters coz i will have to get my medical done so there is no point coming back to Canada to get my medical..

If you're already in UK then you should apply from there.

However, again, I can't stress enough the importance of timing. You need to consider the length of your study and how you will then be able to come back to Canada meeting your residency obligation AND studying abroad.
