Hi,

I am from Mumbai, India.

I have 10 years of experience in Operations and Client Service. Been a Team Leader with Fedex Project in WNS Global Service Pvt Ltd and held the position of Operations Manager with CMS Info Systems Private Limited. Last worked with Writer Corporation as a Strategic Account Manager.

I have done my Masters in Business Management from Mumbai University and recently completed Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from IGNOU, Delhi and scored 69%.

My IELTS score is:
Listening: 5.5
Reading: 8.0
Writing: 6.0
Speaking: 7.5

Me and my husband are keen to settle in Canada. My husband has done Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with 9.5 yrs of experience in IT domain.

He is specialized in Software Development of the client server based application in JAVA , J2EE, Struts Spring and has very good understanding of Core JAVA and OOPs.

He also possess two SUN certification SCJP, SCWCD and Accenture Solution Delivery Academy (Developer and Designer level) ASDA certification by MIT,USA.

For 3 yrs, he worked with Accenture and 2.5 yrs with Mastek as a Senior Software Engineer. Currently working with JP Morgan as an Associate.

Which course will be suitable for me to work and study in Canada that too in which province so that we both later on can apply for PR?

Please advice.

With your qualifications and experience have you not looked at express entry or some other stream given possibly for a start you could be in one of NOC classifications 0 A or B

Not sure anybody on a forum can tell you what course to take as thats a personal decision. Although with your substantial qualifications and work experience you might need a strong case that you have genuine reasons for a study permit for a post graduate diploma/ certificate .So any courses would need to build on your Masters and/or work experience not some random courses plus a study permit only allow 20 hrs a week part time work.

Not sure studying in any particular province would improve chances of PR in that province but others can comment

FYI - Your IELTS scores are too low to qualify to immigrate. You need to score a minimum of 6 in each of the four categories.
