Hello Friends,

I am a June 2014 Applicant and recieved my PR Visa stamping in Feb 2016. Now I am planning to do the landing in August, 2016.
I want to be there for 1 week and will return back to Germany for my work.

Please let me know If 1 week of time in Canada is sufficient enough to complete all the formalities and procedures related to PR.
OR Do I need more time ?

More than enough :)
just SIN is the mandatory thing to do post landing .
you cannot apply for health card until you decide which place you want to stay so you can apply that once you return

Keep in mind though once landed the residency obligation clock starts and you need to be in Canada for 730 days in the 5 years from landing.

A week is enough. You just need to change your SIN and do the health care card thing. But your PR card (which you need to travel and re-enter Canada) takes around 2 months to be issued. So you will be able to leave, but might have problems to come back. Just saying.

also need to have pr card sent to an address in canada cannot be sent to an address outside Canada

For sure may have problems after September 29 when ETAs become mandatory for visa exempt passport holders but PRs cannot apply for an ETA and as you wont have established a residence a travel document not an option. So you will need to get your PR card forwarded from the Canadian address ASAP else post Sept 29 may have issues boarding a plane to Canada.

Thank you all for your suggestions.

Hi Bs65,

I thought I will send my PR card to my relative's home address in Canada. And then even If i leave Canada, I could apply for the Permanent Resident Travel document ( PRTD ) and come back to Canada again. Is it not true? Please clarify..

If you land by August 2016, I am pretty sure you won't receive PR card before ETA mandatory for visa-exempt foreign nationals. However, you can ask you relative who reside in Canada courier PR to Germany, but if by the time you want to return to Canada whereas you still haven't received PR card so you have 2 options, first, apply for permanent resident travel document and second, travel to the US then drive a private vehicle via US-Canada border by use COPR.

Different people.. Different ideas..
So., Don't you think the best way to get the solution is to contact the CIC and the CBSA office and explain them your situation and seek advice!!!

Cheers,
