They have given end date but if seats are still available after that date then they accept application after that date too..

consultancies are brain washing to take up pg diploma rather than ms...
which would go well for my profile in terms of job prospective after my studies

may be you are not eligible for most of top universities for MS....as your cgpa of BE is 6.94 and they require minimum 7.....
in PG diploma, you will get training according to industries requirements and MS you have to do research....so it's your choice
for Master student, their is easy process for PR in ontario....
most PG diplomas are of 1 year so for this, you will get 1 year work permit...
for 3 year work permit, you need to do 2 PG diplomas...
this PG diploma is named as "after graduation certificate course", not a proper diploma course like an UG diploma....
