Hi,

Since immigaration has put a CAP of 1000 applications per NOC, its good to apply ASAP because you never know by November the CAP is full and you will miss the chance and have to wait for the next yr July to apply.

You need to visit cic.gc.ca for the detailed information

But these days there is quota of 1000 visa per occupation and the quota count starts from July to June. So either apply ASAP as by Nov quota may be exhauseted or apply towards end of June so that your application is delivered to CIO in first week of July
