Planning to apply for Canada PR while US L1 is in Progress

Hi,

I have applied for US L1 and my visa got rejected and now my company has applied for US l1 Individual visa.
I am planning to apply for Canada PR in parallel. I have stayed in Canada for 2.5 years and have already completed WES evaluation and IELTS.

Can you please suggest if I can apply for Canada PR while my US L1 is in progress?

As my L1 application is already submitted so I can’t change it also I don’t want my company to know about my immigration plans.

No, you don't have to. Canada doesn't care about your L1 visa.
