I work as a computer instructor (NOC4131) . Last year i applied for the PR and it was rejected stating the job descriptions i mentioned was not sufficient. so i reapplied again(with the CISC approved lawyer).Initial application to canada was launched in march 1 st week. Now i am awaiting for the inial approval
I have 6 years of experience as a computer instructor (by the end of February 2010.)
I am planing to resign from my job and will it be a problem for my PR process? I can get the service letter with all the required details before resigning. Will the local high commission check with the employer to check whether the employee is still working? Or even if he is not presently employed if the employee has worked more than 6 years will he get the maximum marks for the experience?
Please advice
