Plane Ticket to Canada from Philippines

While i'm waiting to hear if my wife is accepted or not, i'm curious from Visa holders of how much did it cost for the plane ticket for you when you bought it in Philippines (peso or canadian dollars) and if the price was for First-Landed Immigrant price as i know if you go to certain Agency you can get a discounted price. Plus was the price you paid to Vancouver or Toronto, would be helpful to get an idea of a price.

Also i would like to know if it's optional or mandatory for that CFO sticker for passport

It is mandatory ta attend seminar because of the CFO sticker she needs to attend CFO or PDOS you can click the google link in my signature there are informations there numbers and places where u can avail tickets for first time immigrants and also here is also a website where they give discounts to first time immigrants
