Plan to Move from Pakistan to Canada

Hello everyone, hope you all doing well. I am from Pakistan and graduated from university and held a job for about 3 years (started in 2020) insurance company due to worse political system and influence I am planning to move from Pak to Canada.

My qualification is as follows:-
-Matriculation
-Intermediate in Commerce
-Bachelor in Business Administration
(total 16 years of education)
+3 years experience in the insurance company (as marketing officer)

My Net worth is around 90,000$ currently in total (PKR 1.9crore) as in Pakistan
Can someone guide me on how can i apply for an immigration visa?
I am the only individual and my mother is dependent on me.
Does all the money transfer without any taxes?
How long does a new immigrant find a job in Canada?
I would be glad if someone helps me out and guide me so I can do a smooth process as I am new in this.

Research Express Entry based on your education, age, work experience, language & funds. Your mother cannot immigrate with you so she needs to be eligible based on her own merits. Finding a job depends on your skills, education & language proficiency.

You will have to find out what your CRS score is. If living with your mother is a necessity then coming to Canada will not work for you. She can attempt to visit but being able to sponsor a parent requires you to meet a certain income level for 3 years (1 year in Quebec unless it changes) but get selected is the very hard part. There is very high demand for a limitted amount of spots. Many have been waiting 5-10 years to get selected and due to higher levels of immigration the wait May take longer.
