I am going to apply for an advanced diploma program...I want to clarify my further plans after the completion of the course....

How will it affect if I ,in my SOP, disclose that I want to Pursue the Bachelor degree( with the help of transfer policy of my college) after the advanced diploma in canada itself??

Will he be expecting that I shall Immediately return to my native country after course completion , or he will appreciate the plan of studying further by extending the Permit???

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Dual intent is okay. Immigration Canada has recognized it. You must prove you're truly a student and have means to support yourself while in Canada.

With all due respect, I don't think he's talking about dual intent. Dual intent pertains to intent of seeking settlement in the country by legal means even though you're going there with primary intention of studying. This guy wants to study further in Canada towards a degree after getting a diploma, which I think shouldn't be an issue anyway.
