Dear All,

I am looking forward for applying for express entry and have the following queries:

Education Assessment:

1) Can I apply for Education Assessment in parallel to completing my IELTS to save time and without express entry profile?

2) If my university does not have a policy to send sealed envelopes rather they have a dedicated website for such verification, what could be done in that scenario?

3) How much of a role does a place of birth for a candidate matters, for instance I am a Pakistani Citizen but I was born in Iraq and it is my place of birth. Does it make a difference or need for additional documentation?

4) How do one apply for provincial nominations? Is it a separate process to express entry?

5) I have worked in two fields in my professional career i.e. 4 years in treasury and 2 years in tax (latest). What job should I search and apply for as my target occupation?

Looking forward for help.

Regards
Khan

1) Yes you can.
2) Nothing. Sealed envelopes is the only way to go about it.
3) None. The program is not based on place of birth. You find lot of people from both countries you have mentioned in Toronto.
4) It depends on the PNP. Read about them on their website.
5) Target occupation ? You decide which field you want to work for with documentation to support your prior experience.
