Hey guys,

Hope all of you are doing well!! I am in Canada right now and working on PGWP. My employer is currently working on getting LMIA.

My question is about IELTS. Can some one pleaes give me a breakdown of what IELTS score I need to get CLB 9 in each category. So I would know what to shoot for in the coming exam.

Thanks a lot!

how do i secure employment to get 600 points.

is it general process like, i upload my resume in Canada job portals or is there any specific way?

It's very hard to get employment with LMIA from outside of Canada. Only 1200 people did it in 2013.

The job bank site they are creating should help you with that in the future.

Don't worry, the majority of applicants will not get PNP or Job Offer.

Look at the EE SS on my signature and find out. 432 is a nice score.

Your consultant is lying to you. That's dangerous. You can create an application for EE and FSW at the same time - and you don't need a consultant for it.

Read question 30 here to confirm what I'm saying: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/notices/2014-12-01.asp#30

I am also a FSW applicant, and called CIC to confirm this: you should say that this is your first application to CIC, so that you don't provide a UCI number. If your PER comes through, and you get your UCI number, you should edit your profile so that it contains this.

what to fill in uci if i have applied in fsw but have not recieved uci as application reached on 24 dec so nthng with me
shd i fill yes in d field where its asked for fsw applied before

You have to say it's your first application to CIC. Only after you have an UCI should you say it's your second application.

but it is not my first application as i have applied in fsw .how can u say its 1st???

The Call Center informed that, as long as you don't have UCI, it's your first application.

To your peace of mind, call them and ask the same question: "Call early morning. 001-613-944-4000 Options 111 111 31".

The best option would be to put that it's your second application but you don't have UCI yet... but there is no such option.

Dont worry bro you can move forward
Canadian immigration system is document and evidence based system... Provide details, supporting docs and move forward.

Remember this

US visa: depends on Luck
U.K visa: depends on God's wish
Australia Visa: depends on their requirement in each case
