Marami jobs dito sa SK. Me mga kakilala ako na dumating last year to work at Wendy's and its true na 6 months nga lang pinag-file na sila for PR.
If you get here via work visa....you have to stick to your contract and work permit. Maraming circumstances kasi na pag naghanap sila ng new job after getting here....inaayawan sila ng prospected employer kasi ayaw magbayad sa new work permit.
Heto mga kababayan,me nakita akong thread dito na makakatulong sa mga job hunters:

Hi Tigerlilly,
The same is true sa Regina, i went there in 2009 on a work permit , pero yung mga colleagues ko na kasabay ko pumunta sa regina, nag file ng SINP after 6 months. so when their work permits expired, renew na lang ng renew until maging PR which does not take long din. Sa case ko kasi, may application na ako under FSW even before i left Manila so i didnt opt to apply for the nominee program. Luckily, na approve na ang PR application namin so here I am , sa motherland, waiting for our stamped passports back then off we go to back Regina. By the way, would you happen to know yung address nung Filipino tambayan dyan, yun bang pinupuntahan ng mga reps ng Phil consulate pag may mga passports renewal, yung katabi ng restaurant... Ive been there once pero i forgot the address, nakisabay lang kasi ako papunta dun. Thanks a lot!
