hi there. ask naman ako. kasi pinadalhan ako ng asawa ko, who is working as a nurse sa canada, ng forms na kelangan ko daw i-fill up. SCHEDULE 1 BACKGROUND/DECLARATION, ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION AND USE OF REPRESENTATIVE. lahat b yun i need to fil up. hindi ko kasi alam ang gagawin ko. and about naman sa mga supproting documents. ano ba ang mga kelangan ko i-attach dun sa application forms. thanks

Aug 17 = Received application
Sept 15 = Approve as sponsor, application forwarded to Manila
Sept 28 = Application in process in Manila send AOR
Oct 5 = ECAS in process (after a week from manila received application)
Oct 6 = AOR and PPR – sent passport, CENOMAR and personal history same day
Oct 19 = noted my address in ECAS (after a week from sending the embassy my passport)
Nov 3= sent request for correction/edit address in ECAS
Nov 9= noted correction/edit address made in ECAS (after a week from request for change)
Nov 9= Hubby emails manila thanking for prompt response, inquiring if correspondence were sent during period of incorrect address.
Nov 17= Hubby emails MP for assistance, Follow-up Nov 23.
Nov 27; MP said that case is queued for review
Dec 3; Sent Advisory of Marriage
Jan 12 = emailed manila mission seeking update on case NO RESPONSE.
Jan 26 = Requested help from MP – MP said to follow up end of Feb
Feb 15 = DM Praise God!

Yup, you need to fill up these forms if it's applicable to you, ie, say if you're not going to hire a lawyer or an immigration consultant to process your papers in your behalf, then you really don't need to fill up the details in the Use of Representative form. Necessary documents/attachments are usually stated in the app kit, like CENOMAR, marriage certificate, etc. God bless!janicepolly27 said:

hello ilang months po ba ang timeline before ma approvan ang nomination aabot pba ng 2years..? Pno po pag nag apply sa mpnp as a single then nagpakasal before the nomination nd po ba problema ung change status? thanks po..

ADsh, Kindly help me naman, i'm from Mississauga, Canada you mention nakontak ng Mr mo for follow up ang Canadian Embassy Manila,I tried before pero puro answering machine lng ala naman akong alam na direct contact number's to foloow up the case of my only daughter, I sponsor her since Last Nov.2008 nung mg pasa me for my PR isinama ko na anak ko at asawa ko pero ang asaw ko andito n din tlga sa Canada as Caregiver too.kaya last Oct. 2009 naging PR kami pareho d2..tapos ung anak ko last Oct hiningi ang passport nya but till now ala pa ring visa..nag start processing ng sa anak ko last April 2009, nka medical na xa..everything..pero wala pa rin visa nya.. bka me alam kng number o kilala sa Canadian Embassy Manila pede maka hingi ng tulong? pede bang malaman ang number?
