If you are asking about the B4 and B4A forms for declaring property you don't have to fill those out yourself. Just make sure you have an itemized list of the items that are accompanying you and those that are being mailed separately and give it to the official when you land and he/she can prepare the form from it. The list can be pretty simple. The one I set up for my wife to use has category, item, description, quantity and approximate value columns. I think you will agree it is much easier this way. Besides, they know how to fill out the forms better than we do. Just make sure to keep the two lists ("accompanying goods" and "goods to follow") separate. Hope this helps.
